Rain City

Spring has sprung, and March is definitely going out like a lion (or perhaps a lionfish?) in Vancouver.
Rain every day, whether a little or a lot, and hail when it's time for a change. Notwithstanding, life goes on and we spent a long weekend at home with Mr. Jingles, enjoying some down time. Of course, a little shopping may have been in order, and Easter services at Tenth were a real celebration of this joyous season.

Despite the rain, summer is fast approaching and sporting is in order. We did a preliminary reconnaissance of Deep Cove on Sunday, to prepare for hiking (and maybe kayaking?) later on. Yesterday was the start of soccer season, giving Chris an excuse to whine about aches and pains and beg for hot baths and massages. Tennis, camping, badminton in the park, frisbee, BBQs...the anticipation is rising!
